Trey Anastasio | To Release Instrumental Album

Trey Anastasio’s recent run-in with the law for possession of heroin in upstate NY has sidelined him from going on tour or hitting up any festivals summer. In an effort to give Phish heads something during his down time he is releasing an instrumental album titled “The Horse Shoe Curve.”
Two of the tracks on the album , “The 5th Round” and “The Horseshoe Curve,” were recorded live. The song title “Horseshoe Curve” was taped at a 2002 show at the Amphitheater at Station Square in Pittsburgh. In a recent interview Trey stated “We were playing outside next to some train tracks that ran past the stage, right at the peak moment of the show, a really long train rumbled by blowing its horn. You can hear it on the record. It sounded incredible, the band started playing to the rhythm of the train and hence, the name of the album.”
I haven’t had a chance to listen to the Album yet but here’s some information I was able to come up with:
