Hill Country Revue played a great show in Buffalo last night! For the first time all year it didn’t rain at the free concert series downtown in the Queen City. We had a blast catching up with old friends and listening to the best blues in the country.

Cody Dickenson was awesome on the guitar and simply phenomenal on the electric psychedelic wash board. The rest of the band was tight and played a high energy show before a big crowd.

HCR was formed by Cody Dickinson from The North Mississippi Allstars in 2008, it features Chris Chew, Kirk Smithhart, Ed “Hot” Cleveland and Dixie Dan Coburn.

The band’s debut album, ‘Make a Move’, was released by Razor and Tie Records in May 2009.
