Slightly Stoopid: Living in the Moment. Slightly Stoopid is a reggae band based out of Ocean Beach, California. They are known for their energetic live shows and for having a devoted fan base. Drummer Ryan “RyMo” Moran recently wrote in to discuss his favorite drummers. BTJ: How old were you when you first started playing drums? RyMo: I started getting into drums around the age of 12 or so. Slightly Stoopid made a stop in Buffalo this past Sunday and gave their fans a show to remember. Even though it was a Sunday night you couldn’t tell from the screaming throngs of fans that packed the venue. The band describes their music as “a fusion of acoustic rock and blues with reggae, hip-hop, and punk.” You can expect all of that and more at a Slightly Stoopid show.
