photo courtesy of pemulis78 I can barely contain my excitement for this rare find of a sound board matrix of the heavy jam band greats from Vermont. I had the pleasure of seeing these guys jam last fall and they are one of the best live bands I’ve ever seen. What makes this recording so great is that RAQ currently does not have a live album out and their studio albums while very good in their own right don’t even come close to capturing the energy that pours out of these guys when they are on stage. I will have more coverage of RAQ at end of the month when they come through Buffalo….

I had the pleasure of seeing RAQ at Mountain Jam this year and I was blown away by their high energy improvisational jams.
