Cornmeal sure was a great way to start out Summer Camp for me, can’t wait for 30db tonight at the Campfire Jam.

Cornmeal Live @ Bottleneck 03.28.2008

Cornmeal is fresh off their Jammy Award for “New Groove” that honors up and coming jam band artists. This Quintet from Chicago is taking new grass to the next level with raw talent and a unique sound that blends roots, Americana, and folk with splashes of improvisation. They are currently on tour in the midwest in support of their album Feet First. They will be playing Summercamp, Wakarusa Festival, Bonnaroo, High Sierra, 10,000 Lakes, and Grateful Fest this summer. This is an excellent soundboard recording of the band playing a couple of months ago at Bottleneck in Lawrence, KS.
