Hear The Dead Perform Live On Sirius XM

The Dead is going on tour and The Grateful Dead Channel on Sirius XM will be broadcasting some of the shows. If you can’t get a ticket, you’ll be able to catch some of the shows on Sirius XM’s Grateful Dead Channel 32.

The first live broadcast will be The Dead’s show at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA on Saturday, April 18.

As I long time Sirius subscriber I highly recommended picking up at least a web subscription. If you have a little more coin they sell some great boomboxes and in car stereo’s as well.

On The Grateful Dead Channel, exclusively on SIRIUS, you’ll hear music spanning the band’s career with unreleased concert recordings, original shows hosted by band members Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, Phil Lesh and Bill Kreutzmann, and even rare archival interviews with Jerry Garcia! The channel will also feature contributions from Grateful Dead expert David Gans and Dead archivist David Lemieux.

Check the Sirius XM Grateful Dead Channel web page for more broadcast dates as they become available.
