Phish Phans Shaken Down for $1.2 Million In Illegal Drugs

Phish phans left Hampton high on music and short on illegal drugs. Hampton Police reported confiscating $1.2 million in drugs and $68,000 in cash from concert goers at or near the venue. My sources tell me that they also raided an entire floor at Embassy Suites near the Hampton Coliseum.

They also arrested 194 fans throughout the course of the 3-day concert series. Most of the arrests were for drug use, possession, and distribution.

Officials say nearly 75,000 fans visited Hampton this weekend. Just under 200 law enforcment officers worked the event with Phish picking up the  tab.
